Foundation and Structure
The foundation and structure are made of reinforced concrete.
Interior walls
The interior walls of the houses are made of laminated plasterboard on a metal structure with thermo-acoustic insulation.
A water-repellent system has been installed in bathrooms and kitchens.
The dividing walls between the houses are made of brick, covered on both sides with laminated plasterboard and acoustic insulation.
Facades and Roofs
The facades are constructed of perforated bricks covered with mortar, with thermal-acoustic insulation in the cladding.
The flat roofs have thermal insulation and a waterproof asphalt layer, finished with gravel.
Floors and Upholstery
The living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms of the homes have stoneware or laminate flooring. The bathrooms have porcelain stoneware flooring and ceramic wall tiles.
The kitchens are equipped with quartz worktops in the furniture area.
Smooth suspended ceilings are present in areas where air conditioning ducts run.
The interior walls of the houses are finished with smooth paint.
The terraces have non-slip porcelain outdoor floors.
Exterior carpentry
Windows and patio doors are made of aluminium or PVC with double glazing, insulating chamber and thermal break.
